Responsibilities

• Use AI coding tools and agents across the whole software lifecycle: planning, prototyping, building, testing, and code review
• Ship production-ready work faster with AI while holding the quality bar on security, testing, and maintainability
• Help clients build AI-ready systems and adopt AI-enabled engineering practices
• Own your projects from scoping through delivery
• Communicate clearly with client engineering, product, and business leaders
• Share what works (prompts, workflows, tools, and lessons learned) to raise the bar across our teams

Pay is commensurate with experience.  This is a remote position that is available for hire in the USA or Canada. Codingscape strives to pay our team members well while also giving them the flexibility to manage their working hours.
