Finding our ideal growth partner

After our second time on the Inc. 5000 list in 2024, a long list of private equity firms approached us for a deal – that model wasn’t the right fit for growth. We didn’t want to lose our focus on delivery excellence or work with people who prioritized EBITDA over people and outcomes.
